Care Teams
We have three Care Teams in our Pastoral Care Ministry. If you are undergoing surgery, facing a lengthy hospitalization, or going to be homebound for a period of time, please let us know. We would love to visit and pray with you and even help in areas like light housework, errands, or transportation.
Prayer Team
The Prayer Team is designed to meet the needs of those with prayer concerns. We have a Prayer Chain that you may call when in need of immediate prayer. To start the Prayer Chain and quickly have a number of people lifting up your request to the Lord, call the church office at 337.824.5997. If you would like to be a part of the Prayer Chain, call the office, or send us an e-mail stating your desire to be a part of that ministry.
Celebrate Recovery
An open group, to anyone in our community, to help with addictions and bondage. The group is led by Karen Harden and Gabe Oakes every Thursday at 7:00pm. The group meets in the lobby area at the main, north entrance to our auditorium.
Outreach Visitation
The Outreach/Visitation Ministry is set up to visit those who have expressed an interest in learning more about God and having a relationship with Him. It is also designed to reach those interested in joining our church. If you need someone to visit you or know someone that has a need please contact us. If you would like to be part of this ministry contact our office.
Bereavement Ministry
Loving care is offered so that those affected by the loss of a loved one may find hope, peace, and comfort during this time of spiritual, mental, and emotional healing. Meals are also provided for the families during this time of grief. Ministers are available for funerals or for personal visits of encouragement and prayer.
