The Focus

As you know, I made it back from El Salvador.  It was a great week.  God used this time to remind me of some things.

 

First - How easy it is to lose our focus.  By necessity, the church does many things.  To be honest Bethel is a busy place.  We have to be diligent to keep the main thing the main thing.  This is always a struggle.  Job one of the church is to reach people with the Gospel.  People being saved are what it is all about.  Let’s not lose that focus.

 

The second thing – I saw how the church people not only the preachers and staff were involved in reaching the lost.  God has indeed called all of us to be a witness.  It takes all of us involved in God’s work to impact our city.  It will not be done without you.

 

All this being said, I want to keep our focus on souls and seek to get each of us committed to the cause of reaching the lost.  God bless and have a great week.
